Describe the reason for your consultation and your expectations about the desired procedure, for example the shape or color of your teeth.

Take a picture of your teeth smiling in a front, right and left side-face.

Take a picture lifting up your lips with your fingers so that the teeth and the state of your gums can be observed.

If you want and have it at hand, you can also send us your X-rays.
This way we can make a rough preliminary diagnosis, and send you a treatment plan according to your needs and requirements.
